Smartbookers has now been running for almost three years and in that time we have grown to 150 Owners [Oct 07] and over 220 caravans for hire. We are now the largest independent Mobile Home & Caravan Booking Services in the UK.
Our aim is to provide two things:

• Holiday makers with a single source of high quality holiday homes, matched to their requirements
  
• You, the owner, confirmed bookings *WITH GUARANTEED DEPOSIT*
  

As owners ourselves, we quickly realised the frustration of the time spent dealing with enquiries only to lead to nowhere. Smartbookers aims to remove the time spent, BY YOU, on securing bookings.

Once a holidaymaker has selected your unit for their holiday, we will take a deposit payment of between £50 & £100 by debit/credit card and ask you to confirm the booking. Once confirmed, we will pass the customer deposit directly to you, minus a small processing fee. Our processing fee is between £10 & £15 for each deposit and we absorb the credit card processing charge which Banks make. At this point, the contract exists between you and the customer and all further communication should be between yourselves.

You are, naturally, free to continue advertising and selling your caravan through any other means, all we ask is that you maintain updated pricing and availability.
