Full Description
Crimdon Dene is one of 'Park Resorts' so you will be able to check out their website to see all the facilities they have on offer.
It is situated 10 minutes off the A19 between Hartlepool and Peterlee.
My caravan is an ABI Arizona, 2003 model. It has three bedrooms and the sitting area can change to a bedroom so it can sleep upto 8 people. It doesnt have central heating, but it does have panel heaters and there is also two oil filled radiators, so you will never be cold.
There is also a private horse riding company with excellent rates just next to the park. ( I will try and get a price list for this season)
The site is on the cliff, but you can walk down the steps to to the beach or down the bank.
The site has an entertainment room, amusement arcade, restaurant and swimming pool. There is a small shop, laundrette and park.
It is a small, clean, friendly welcoming park.
My caravan is located with a sea view at the end of the park so you are away from the busy parts. Its only a few minutes walk to the swimming pool and main complex.

Booking Conditions
On signing the Booking Form below, you the Hirer is agreeing to the Booking Conditions set out.
Pets - No Pets of any description are to be allowed in the caravan.
Smoking - No smoking allowed
Groups - Families only, we are not allowed to let our caravan to young singles parties.
Payments
At least a £50 deposit is required at the time of your booking. Please note, this is not refundable.
The Full amount must be paid 8 weeks before the first day of your holiday.
Payments must be made by check or postal order.

Cancellation
If you have to cancel your holiday, you must inform us as soon as possible by telephone and then Notify us in Writing. We are unable to process your refund without a written notice of cancellation.
If you cancel more that 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date, then you will be refunded all payments, minus the £50 deposit.
Please note, the £50 deposit will only be refunded if the holiday is cancelled within 7 days of the initial booking.
Arrival and Departure
Keys will be available from reception on production of the 'Key Release Form', which will be sent to you before your holiday start date.
Arrive - 2.30 - 6pm Saturdays Depart - No later than 10am Saturday
Please ensure that keys are returned to Reception on your Departure.
Park Rules
Any Park Rules and Regulations must also be followed.
If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
Insurance
Any breakages or damage to the furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you take out some kind of 'Holiday Insurance' from insurance brokers, which covers accidents, losses and spillage etc.
The Hirer will ensure that the caravan and all its contents and fittings are left in a clean and tidy manner.
We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party during your stay.
