Full Description
This luxury caravan has full central heating and is double glazed throughout. The balcony is large and goes along the side and around the front. The main bedroom has a king size bed, large wardrobe and plenty of cupboard space, dressing table and ensuite w.c. The second bedroom has two single beds and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The kitchen/diner is fully kitted out. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The table seats four. The lounge is lovely and light as there are full length windows at the front giving a wonderful view across Budleigh Bay. The lounge has a three piece suite, TV/DVD and freeview and there is a piped music system throughout the caravan. The parking is alongside the caravan. All duvets and pillows are provided. Guests need to bring all kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linen Bed linen can be provided for an additional £7 per bed. No pets permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Regret that no all male/ female parties are permitted.

When on park guests are expected to obey all park rules.Terms: £100.00 per week deposit, balance payable eight weeks before holiday booking.No pets. No smoking.
