Full Description
The caravan is a 8 berth caravan and is 12ft wide offering upto 25% extra space. It is based in Primrose Field, which is a quiet cul-de-sac area of the park. It is in perfect pitch, and is ideally located as it is very close to the main club complex, convenience store, swimming pool, reception and many other amenities.
The caravan is fully fitted with lots of little luxury comforts; this is to ensure that you have a very enjoyable and pleasant holiday. The design of the caravan maximises the interior space, which includes a large spacious lounge area. There is a large comfortable seating area, fitted gas fire, television/DVD player and a mini cd player. For the children there is a selection of board games and DVD’s.
Adjacent to the lounge is a dining area which comprises of a rectangular table, with plenty of seating to cater for a family of 8. Next to the dining area is a fully fitted modern kitchen with plenty of cupboards and work space and is well equipped including a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, cooker and there is a large selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
The sleeping accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, which includes a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and overhead storage. For added warmth and extra comfort heating panels have been installed.
There is a separate toilet and shower room, the shower room has a heated towel rail.
For the safety of all our guests, there is a smoke alarm and also a fire extinguisher and 2 exit doors, all windows in each room open. There is off road car parking along the side of the caravan.

Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking, if this is not received within 7 days of the booking the caravan will be re-let. The balance is due eight weeks before commencement of the holiday. If this is not received by the due date your holiday will be cancelled, your deposit will not be refunded.
Your caravan will be ready between 3.30 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. on date of arrival and the departure time is 10.00 a.m. Please let me know if you are intending to arrive after 6.00 p.m. The keys should be collected from the reception.
To comply with fire and safety regulations no more than 8 people are allowed to use or sleep in the caravan. If there are more than 8 people using the caravan this will result in the immediate loss of your holiday.
The caravan may only be used by the people listed on the booking form, the hirer must sign the form, the hirer is responsible for the whole party.
The caravan park and facilities are intended for family and adult holidays. The hirer must be over the age of 21 years old, no couples or groups under the age of 21 whether single sex or mixed are allowed to hire the caravan. If this rule is broken this may result in the immediate loss of your holiday. Also no all-young male or all-young female groups are allowed to hire the caravan.
I understand that people love to bring pets with them on holiday as they are part of the family. As pets may cause people to have allergic reactions, babies and young children being at the most risk, we have decided that, No pets are allowed in the caravan at any time.
For the reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests could you please not smoke in the caravan.
Your holiday price includes gas and electric. The funwork passes, linen and insurance are not included in the holiday price. You can either bring you own linen or hire it from the park. If you need to bring your own linen you need duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases.
I recommend that you take out holiday insurance as we do not accept any liability for injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any other member of the party, your insurance should cover you for cancellations, losses, illness, accidents etc.
In the exceptional circumstance that we need to cancel your holiday, a full refund will be given.
Funwork Passes are not included in the price of the caravan.
The park manager may terminate your holiday without compensation, where unreasonable or anti-social behaviour caused by those people named on the booking form or their guests impairs the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.
If the caravan is left in an untidy and dirty condition you agree to pay an additional cost of £30 to cover the cleaning cost. Could you please leave the caravan tidy and clean. If any accidents occur could you please replace the item if it is small, please inform us of any large items that are damaged before the
