The Bay View area was completely redeveloped over the 2001/2 winter giving spacious plots &
dedicated car parking next to the caravan and enabling the addition of a 20 ft PVC veranda on this plot.
3x Double bedrooms, 1x double bed (bedroom 1), 2x single beds (bedroom 2)
2x single beds (bedroom 3), 1x double bed (lounge), Colour TV & Video,plus 'Free View Box. Fridge & Fridge Freezer.
Microwave, Gas Oven & 4 ring hob, Toaster, Gas Fire, Security Alarm,
Shower, iron + Board CD, FM/AM Radio.
2004 season - Electric Panel heaters all rooms
The Veranda has been extended to give 'even' better views of the Sandy Bay. -
Outside -Massive Veranda + Table & 6 chairs + 4 fold up chairs.

Booking @: 'SMARTBOOKERS'.
1. When you book, an online payment is made via ‘Smartbookers’ to secure your booking.
I will contact you via e-mail asap to thank & confirm your booking.
Then a receipt from ‘Bay View Caravans’ will be E mailed to you.
I will direct you to an online booking form which I will need you to print off, complete & sign after reading our T’s & C’s, first.
On a ‘Late booking’ I would expect YOU to contact me by phone asap, to arrange priority paperwork – please. 01773 819792.
A Late booking would require full payment via ‘Smartbookers’.
Not including Park passes which you would have to purchase on arrival. (If required)
2 .Final full payments. Required 8 weeks prior to your holiday date - please
Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Ms. Lynn Wilson and the envelope addressed to Peter Eaton (BVC). Cash payments must be sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for loss.
Final payments may be made online (details would be given). Subject to a 3.5 % admin charge.
Park passes. These are not included in the holiday price & if required a cheque if required for the required amount & made payable to ‘Bourne Leisure Ltd’. These will then be available on your arrival. Alternatively (though not preferred by Haven) passes may be purchased on your arrival from reception. It is not a requirement to have the passes for your holiday,
3. On receiving your payments a key release form & Park details will be returned to you by Post.
