Booking @: 'SMARTBOOKERS'.
1. When you book, an online payment is made via ‘Smartbookers’ to secure your booking.
I will contact you via e-mail asap to thank & confirm your booking.
Then a receipt from ‘Bay View Caravans’ will be E mailed to you.
On a ‘Late booking’ I would expect YOU to contact me by phone asap, to arrange priority paperwork – please. 01773 819792.
A Late booking would require full payment via ‘Smartbookers’.
Not included, Park passes which you would have to purchase on arrival. (If required)
2 .Final full payments. Required 5 weeks prior to your holiday date - please
Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Mr. P. Eaton and the envelope addressed to Peter Eaton (B V. C.). Cash payments must be sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for loss.
Final payments may be made online (details would be given). Subject to 'Smartbookers' 3 % admin charge.
Park passes. These are not included in the holiday price & if required a cheque if required for the required amount & made payable to ‘Bourne Leisure Ltd’. These will then be available on your arrival. Alternatively (though not preferred by Haven) passes may be purchased on your arrival from reception. It is not a requirement to have the passes for your holiday,
3. On receiving your payments a key release form & Park details will be returned to you by Post or now e maills.
4. Should you book 5 weeks or less from the date of the holiday the full amount will be due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
