Located on edge of park overlooking fields & dunes in a quiet area.
The unique design of this van with its living area centrally located & bedrooms either end make this a sought after caravan.
Easily accessable to anyone requiring lack of narrow corridors as seen in many fleet vans.
Access is easy for people with mobility problems, but there is no wheelchair access.
Hardstanding alongside Caravan for parking.
5 minute walk to blue-flag beach & family friendly pub with good food.
Full gas radiator centrally heated, UPVC double glazed, making this ideal for early/late season holidays.
Intruder alarm fitted, which is wired direct to the park security unit.
Priority Check-In From 1:30pm. (check out by 10:00am).
We meet you at Caravan - No Long Queues at Reception.
Master Bedroom (ensuite shower/toilet).
Two twin bedded bedrooms,(NO bunkbeds).
Kitchen includes full size fridge, full size freezer,
microwave, cooker, slow cooker, toaster, Iron/Board & Vacuum.
TV/DVD/FREEVIEW DIGIBOX.
Patio furniture 6ft pubstyle picnic bench & folding chairs & windbreak (can be taken to beach).
Prices Exclude Haven funworks passes
(includes all Electric/Gas).
Please bring own bed linen (duvets/pillows supplied).
NO Pets allowed.
NO Smoking inside caravan.
£50 per week Deposit (non refundable) required when booking & full balance 8 weeks prior to holiday.
If holiday start is less than 8 weeks from enquiry, will require FULL balance.
Accidental damage does occur (we do not charge,please let us know).

Terms and Conditions of Booking
Deposit.
A £50.00 per week deposit (non Refundable) is required at the time of booking. We must receive this within 7 days of reservation; otherwise the caravan may be re-let.
Balance.
The balance is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
Letting arrangements.
Arrival time from 1:30pm or as agreed when booking.
We meet you at Caravan to hand over keys, please bring booking form.
Departure time to be no later than 10am.
Lost keys will be charged for at £15 per set.
Accommodation.
The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, the person booking holiday will be responsible for the entire party.
Pets and Smoking are not permitted in the Caravan.
Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups.
We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male / all female parties.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any wilful breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer (unless it’s agreed it was accidental).
Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Behaviour.
If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
Cancellation.
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and NOTIFY US IN WRITING within 3 days. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY:Number of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation charges are payable:
Length of Time Cancellation Charge
55-29 days 50% of the total holiday cost
28 days or less 100% of the total holiday cost
Liability.
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.
Insurance.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
