Full Description
The caravan can only be described as a luxurious retirement home for that’s the market Pemberton caravan designers targeted; the owner 'Mr T. Maher' has continued this extravagance by providing a 50” flat screen TV, DVD player and has provided Sky connections though-out the caravan ‘Note: please bring your own Sky box’. In addition the owner has installed PVC decking with ramp to give wheelchair access though the Sliding patio doors into the lounge ‘Please note: the internal door size openings are not adequate for wheelchairs beyond the lounge and dining room area.
The lounge and dining area is open plan with a traditional fireplace, providing a warming specious area for the whole family to-gather; the lounge has two luxurious suites and one chair with one of the settees fold-out into a sofa bed
The kitchen has integrated fridge/freezer, Microwave, built under cooker with separate oven-grill and 5-burner hob and also including all small appliances, the dining area provides seating round an individual table for six comfortably. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have 2 signal beds in each room; the master bedroom has double bed with its own en-suite facilities including a shower toilet and wash-hand basin, all the bedrooms have bountiful storage space and excellent features as standard, the separate bathroom has a bath with a shower head, toilet and wash-hand basin, both the bathroom & en-suite have a extractor fan to remove any condensation.
As you would expect from this top of the range accommodation it has full central heating with each radiator having a thermostatic control valve, PVC-U double-glazing throughout, thermostatic mixer valves to en-suite shower and bath, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector fitted as standard, fibreglass insulation: 100mm - roof, 60mm walls and under floor providing all year comfort.
